Tomato and Mint Chutney

Yields: 1 cup chutney
Ingredients
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup mint leaf, packed
- 1⁄2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- 1 small red chile, roughly chopped
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients except the salt in your food processor.
- Process until a smooth paste forms.
- Add the salt just before serving to prevent discolouration.
