Tomato and Basil Bruschetta

Wonderful, fresh tasty Bruschetta. Like we had in Italy....maybe even better!!

  1. Brown 8 - 10 or so slices of bread in a skillet with olive oil. Placed browned bread slices on a plate, rub each side of the bread with a garlic half -- try to get the garlic scraped on the bread. In a small bowl combine the tomato dices, salt, pepper and olive oil, and garlic - top the toast slices with the tomato mixture. Top with the basil, and then top with parm. cheese. Serve immediately.
