Ingredients

  • 2  cups  tomatillos, diced
  • 12 cup onion, diced
  • 2  tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 2  tablespoons olive oil
  • 1  jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1  tablespoon lime juice
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  •  salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Stir together first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Cover and chill 1 hour.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
