Tofu Prawn Omelette

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 piece tofu, cubed
- 3 large prawns, sliced
- 3 pieces mushrooms, sliced
- 4 pieces water chestnuts, cubed
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon light soya sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 stalk parsley
Directions
- 1. Put first 8 ingredients in a bowl and leave aside for about 15 minutes.
- 2. In a non-stick pan, add some vegetable oil and pan fry the marinated Mix for about 2 minutes.
- 3. Add in the beaten eggs till cooked. Flip twice.
- 4. Add parsley for garnishing.
- (For vegetarians, replace prawns with celery for a hearty meal.).
