Todd's Bran Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 cups natural bran
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup flax seed
- 3 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups molasses
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 5 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raisins
Directions
- Pour boiling water over bran & flax.
- Mix sugar, molasses, butter & eggs.
- Mix milk with Vinegar.
- Wait 5 minutes then mix with Sugar.
- Add rest of ingredients until mixed well.
- Put in greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
- Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
