Toasty Onion Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients

• 1  large onion (thinly sliced)
• 1  small  crusty bread (sliced)
• 4  tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 1⁄2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

Directions

1. Slice bread.
2. Toast bread in toaster.
3. Generously spread with mayonnaise.
4. Spread with thinly sliced onions.
5. Cover with cheese.
6. Grill at broil until cheese is melted and golden.
