Toasted Pine Nuts

I couldn't believe that I could not find directions on here for how to toast pine nuts! This is what I found elsewhere online. It's so simple and so tasty, both to add to other dishes, and to munch on!

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1  cup pine nuts
• 1  baking sheet

Directions

1. spread pine nuts out in a single layer on a lipped baking sheet.
2. set on bottom rack of oven and broil for about 3-5 minutes.
