Toasted Greek Salad Club

Ingredients
- 6 flat pita bread rounds, Halved horizontally and toasted
- 1 (7 ounce) container hummus
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 yellow sweet pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1⁄2 of a English cucumber, sliced
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup oregano leaves
- 1⁄4 cup Greek salad dressing
Directions
- Spread 8 pita halves with hummus.
- Layer four of the spread slices with romaine, tomato,and sweet pepper slices.
- Top with four spread pita halves, hummus side up.
- Layer Cucumber, feta cheese and fresh oregano.
- Drizzle with Greek dressing.
- Top with remaining pita halves.
- Serve with home made chips!
