Toasted Almond Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small yellow bell pepper (julienned)
- 1 small red bell pepper (julienned)
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh basil
Directions
- Lightly toast almonds in frying pan until light golden color.
- Add olive oil and bell peppers.
- Sprinkle with pepper and sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Plate and sprinkle with fresh basil.
