To Go Energy Drink

This home-made energy drink will surpass all your expectations, has more nutritional benefits than any on the market...if you find a "cleaner, meaner" one on a shelf PLEASE let me know! I label it as a TO GO drink because it keeps well, and does not change much in consistency after a few hours (unlike a green smoothie). Coconut water has more electrolytes than any sports drink, including potassium, magnesium, and iron. Great for hydrating, and even more nutrition if you have a fresh coconut and carefully scrape out flesh into your drinks and smoothies. Elderberries contains many healing qualities, applications include: wounds when applied topically, respiratory illnesses, and sinus inflammation (congestion). Elder and Acai berries contain flavanoids which are anti-oxidant potent protectors of our cells. We order our Elder and Acai powders from www.MountainRoseHerbs.com, a trusted source of organic herbs, spices, and teas. Lime is acidic, but alkaline effects when metabolized. Show more
