Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef, browned
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on high for 1 -1 1/4 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips, or party rye bread.
