Tippys Chipotle Mayonnaise

really tasty stuff. i like it with fried calamari. good on chicken as well!

Ingredients

• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 4  chipotle peppers
• 2  tablespoons adobo sauce

Directions

1. remove 4 chilis from adobo sauce. finely chop, add peppers to mayo. whish or use a food processor to mix. i like to add adobo sauce from the canned chilis to taste. eyeball and keep taste testing to meet your heat likings.
