Tilapia Parmesan, Broiled

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 1⁄2 lbs tilapia fillets
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Grease a broiling pan.
- Combine all ingredients except fish in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat for 3 minutes, turn and broil for 2 minutes more. Spread on topping and broil 2 minutes longer or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
