Tilapia Packets #RSC

Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup Italian dressing
- grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 (8 ounce) can black beans
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- fresh cilantro, chopped
- lime juice
- 4 tilapia fillets
- Reynolds Wrap Foil
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Prepare four Reynolds Wrap Packet so that all 4 sides can be sealed up. Place ½ cup of the rice mixture on each packet, top with ¼ cup of black beans, handful of grape tomatoes and red bell pepper (these 3 ingredients are to each likings). Place one tilapia filet on top of rice mixture, topped with cilantro and squeeze juice of a lime and seal all four sides of packet. Place packets on a jelly roll pan (in case of any spills). Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes.
