  1. Tear off from roll 4 12" pieces of aluminum foil.
  2. Place one tilapia filet onto each piece of foil.
  3. Rub lemon juice evenly into filets.
  4. Top filets evenly with butter.
  5. Sprinkle each filet with Old Bay seasoning.
  6. Loosely wrap each filet in it's foil, to make a pouch.
  7. Place foil bundles on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350, 10-12 minutes, or until flaky.
