Ingredients
- 4 fresh boneless fish fillets
- 2 potatoes
- 2 fresh carrots
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemongrass
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1 red sweet bell pepper
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- Reynolds Wrap Foil
Directions
- cut potatoes into 2x2 cube, chop carrot,slice red pepper at thickness of 1 in .
- Grease bottom of 9x5 pan, place tiapia at bottom, then add carrot,potatoes , bell pepper, then sprinkle rosemary, lemongrass.lemon skin over tiapan then spring salt & pepper.
- Cover pan with reynolds wrap & put it it in oven at pre heated at 375 for 30 minute.
