Thyme Scented Popcorn

Yields: 6 cups
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup popcorn
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium. Add popcorn and stir well to coat. Cover pan and shaking pan, cook until corn stops popping, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl. Add butter, thyme, salt and sugar and toss well to combine.
