Three Cheese Garlic Loaf (Abm)

This is a wonderful loaf to have on hand for Italian dishes. Just before we serve it we like to pop it in the toaster and slather it with butter. It is extremely aromatic, and it will be hard to wait until it's done baking! This makes a one pound loaf of bread.

• Yields: 1 slice

Ingredients

• 2  teaspoons  yeast
• 2  cups bread flour
• 2⁄3 teaspoon sugar
• 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 cup  grated parmesan asiago and romano cheese blend
• 4  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  tablespoon  dried Italian herb seasoning
• 7⁄8 cup water (14 T)

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to your bread machine in the order listed, or follow your manufacturer's directions.
2. Choose regular or light crust and push start.
