Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans  barbecue baked beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 12 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3  whole wheat hamburger buns

Directions

  1. 1. Dump the beans, tomatoes (with juice), chili powder, and garlic powder into a large nonstick pan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Slop an equal amount onto each bun.
