Thousand Island Dressing (Cooked)

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1⁄3 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1⁄2 pint whipping cream
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 1⁄2 green pepper
- 2 pimientos
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1⁄2 onion
Directions
- Mix together in saucepan eggs, sugar, flour, dry mustard, water, vinegar,salt and butter. Cook until thick. Chop hard boiled eggs, green pepper, pimientos and onion. Add to cooked portion. Stir in chili sauce and whipping cream.
