Thousand Island Dressing

A very special dressing for salads or for topping a very special sandwich Marshall Field's Special (Turkey) Sandwich. Submitted by: Deborah Loeser Small, Lake Magazine "The Walnut Room. Marshall Field's Special Sandwich" . Prep time does not include time to make a hard boiled egg, if using.

• Yields: 1 3/4 C

Ingredients

• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
• 2  tablespoons  sweet pickle relish
• 2  large green olives, pitted and finely chopped
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried tarragon
• 1  dash Tabasco sauce
• 1  dash Worcestershire sauce
• 1  hard-boiled egg, finely chopped (optional)
•  salt, to taste
•  pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Combine all Thousand Island Dressing ingredients.
2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve.
