Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup white sugar
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Bourbon
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
Directions
- Beat the eggs.
- Add to them the sugars, vanilla, bourbon, corn syrup, butter and flour.
- Mix well.
- Distribute nuts and chips in the bottom of the pie shell.
- Pour the filling on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
