This White Chili Will Knock Red Chili off the Table

Serves: 5-8
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs chicken breasts
- 2 (15 1/2ounce) cans great northern beans
- 3 (7 ounce) cans green chilies
- 1 -2 cup chicken broth
- 2 dashes cumin
- 2 dashes of mexcian chili powder
- salt
- 1 dash crushed red pepper flakes (optional if spice is not your thing)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄4 cup flour
Directions
- Start by boiling the chicken. While the chicken cooks, finely chop onion and garlic.
- Cook onions and garlic until soft. Add chilis, flour and cook on med. heat until it bubbles. Slowly add chicken broth. Use it as needed! Otherwise you will have soup. You will know better after you add the chicken and beans. Add diced chicken and beans. After adding the spices bring it all to a boil.
- Simmer for 20 or so minutes. Enjoy!
