Yields: 5 cups mix

Ingredients

  • 2  cups whole wheat flour
  • 1  cup all-purpose flour
  • 14 cup  oat bran flour (not absolutely necessary, but increases health qualities)
  • 12 cup dry buttermilk (I use Safco...can be bought in most groceries, baking aisle)
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 3  tablespoons baking powder
  • 1  tablespoon baking soda
  • 12 cup sugar (or can substitute Splenda)
  • 1  tablespoon  butter-flavored sprinkles (I used Butterbuds from spice aisle in grocery)
  • 13 cup  vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in food processor or electric mixer.
  2. Slowly pour in the oil as the machine is running.
  3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  4. Mix thoroughly again.
  5. Store in airtight container in the frig or freezer.
