Thick Hamburger Stew (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1⁄2 cup water
- cornstarch, if necessary
Directions
- Brown hamburger.
- Combine all ingredients and place in crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- If you want thicker "gravy" add a little corn starch.
