Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender for only 30 seconds on high.
  2. Strain contents into a nut milk bag or over a cotton cloth elevated above a bowl. Allow it to drain and then gently squeeze the excess liquid out. Place oat milk into a clean jar or container of choice and refrigerate. Discard the fiber and pulp using your method of choice.
