They Won't Know It's Not Cream Cheese Cheesecake

I had a piece of this cheesecake and it was so creamy and delicious, I asked for the recipe. I was so surprised to see there was no cream cheese in it!

Ingredients

• 16  ounces low fat cottage cheese
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1  teaspoon lemon juice
• 1  graham cracker crust

Directions

1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a blender.
2. Pour into graham cracker crust.
3. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
