Thermomix Cranberry Sauce

Adapted from an Epicurious recipe and a Nico Moretti Thermomix recipe.

Yields: 2 1/2 cups

  1. Place the sugar and zest into the Thermomix bowl. Mill 10 seconds/speed 9. Scrape down.
  2. Add the cranberries and water. Cook 12 minutes/100 degrees/reverse speed 1.
  3. Allow sauce to come to room temperature, then chill. Serve cold.
