Thermomix Cranberry Sauce

Yields: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 150 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 350 g cranberries
- 180 g water
Directions
- Place the sugar and zest into the Thermomix bowl. Mill 10 seconds/speed 9. Scrape down.
- Add the cranberries and water. Cook 12 minutes/100 degrees/reverse speed 1.
- Allow sauce to come to room temperature, then chill. Serve cold.
