The Yummiest Ever Peanut Sauce

I have been searching for the perfect peanut sauce. I want it to be versatile to use with satay, pizza, or a chicken with peanut sauce. I think this is it.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups peanut butter
• 1 1⁄2 cups coconut milk
• 3  tablespoons lime juice
• 4  tablespoons soy sauce
• 1  tablespoon red curry paste
• 3  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  tablespoon  grated fresh ginger
• 8  ounces chicken broth

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat until well combined.
3. Serve as desired.
