The Way Popeye Meant for Spinach to Be Eaten

This is just my favorite way to eat spinach salad. I eat this about 2-3 times a week at work, and a lot of people think it's strange, but hey don't knock it til you try it!

Ingredients

• 2  cups  Baby Spinach
• 1⁄4 cup cottage cheese
• 1  tablespoon sunflower seeds
• 1⁄4 cup  frozen peas, thawed
• 1⁄4 cup kidney bean
•  crouton
•  black pepper

Directions

1. Put it all in a bowl and eat, I use the pepper LIBERALLY.
2. Enjoy!
