My Sister gave me this Cranberry Relish recipe a couple of years ago and i"ve been making it for our family and it's been a big hit. I hope everyone likes it as much as we do. Show more

Yields: 4 cups

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except pecans.
  2. and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in pecans. Place in a container and let cool to room temperature.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy !
