The Ultimate Garlic Sauce

This is my dad's speciality. Many versions to this garlic sauce but this is the way my dad makes it.

Ingredients

• 8  garlic cloves, minced
• 4  tablespoons  oil
•  soda water
•  salt

Directions

1. Mix the garlic with the oil, adding the oil a little at a time.
2. The mixture will become creamy.
3. When all the oil is finished add soda water a little at a time until required consistency is achieved.
4. Serve with anything you wish.
