The Ultimate chocolate chip cookies...soft and chewy :)

These are the bestest cookies...I've been trying to find a perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe, I've found many ideas and tips and i think i came up with the perfect one...hope you all enjoy it!!

Ingredients

• 2 1⁄4 cups flour
• 15  tablespoons butter
• 1  tablespoon milk
• 3  teaspoons vanilla
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 2  eggs
• 1  teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1 (12 ounce) bag  miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
3. set aside.
4. Melt butter, blend in milk, vanilla, brown sugar, and sugar.
5. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
6. Gradually add in flour mixture.
7. Stir in chocolate chips.
8. Bake for 6 minutes-- they will not look done-- allow to cool for about 2 minutes on sheets then move to wire racks.
