The Trout

I love this recipe. Its an easy and fast way to cook trout.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2  trout
  • 1  cup butter
  • 1 12 tablespoons  garlic salt

Directions

  1. Clean the fish, cut the heads and tail off.
  2. Place clean 1 fish on foil, put 1/2 cup butter inside and some on the outside of the fish.
  3. Sprinkle the Garlic Salt inside ontop of the butter and 1/2 as much on the outside.
  4. Repeat for the second fish.
  5. Wrap each fish in its own foil wrap.
  6. Place on BBQ on low-med heat.
  7. Cook for about 30-40 min, depending on how hot you cook them.
  8. Enjoy!
