The Sour Kiwifruits Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 kiwi fruits
- 1 orange
- 1⁄4 cup white wine or 50 ml white wine
- 70 g granulated sugar or 2 1⁄2 ounces granulated sugar
- 3 g unsalted butter or 1⁄8 ounce unsalted butter
Directions
- Pare Kiwi fruits and Cut. Cut Mikan(Orange) in half and Squeeze.
- Kiwifruits, Orange, White wine and Granulated sugar simmer in saucepan over high heat.
- Then, Remove the harshness and stew about 30 minutes on Low to Medium heat.
- Put them in the blender and food processor (mixing).
- Add to butter and stew on Low heat until sauce thickens again.
