The Realtor's Cookies & Cream Shake

We just LOVE this shake. You can adjust the amount of coffee granules to suit your taste. I use just 1/2 tablespoon but you can use up to 2 full tablespoons. Crumble extra cookies over the top for a decorative look.

Ingredients

• 2  cups vanilla ice cream
• 1  cup milk
• 8  cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
• 1 -2  tablespoon instant coffee granules

Directions

1. Place ice cream, milk, cookies and coffee granules in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
