The Real Italian Tiramisu

Ingredients
- cocoa powder
- coffee
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 6 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 400 g ladyfingers
Directions
- Beat the egg yolks with sugar until you get something like an eggnog then add the mascarpone cheese and mix well the mixture.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.Gently add to the mix and work with care.
- Make coffee and add 2 tablespoon of sugar.
- Prepare a roasting pan or tray.
- Dip the savoiardi in the coffee and form a layer then spread on a generous coat of cream.
- Sprinkle entire surface with cocoa.
- Continue like this for three layers or more if you prefer.
- Place the Tiramisù in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
