The Perfect Yam / Sweet Potato Seasoning Spice Mix

This is the ideal seasoning for yam fries, mashed sweet potato, roasted sweet potatoes, sprinkled on in place of salt on baked sweet potatoes...what can I say, I sure love sweet potatoes! :D This is a seasoning salt quite like no other. I was inspired by Southern cooking when I came up with this. Would make a nice gift for the sweet potato fry fan in your life if presented in a nice spice bottle. (1 SERVING = 1 TEASPOON)

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons paprika
• 1  tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1  teaspoon brown sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

1. Mix the ingredients together well and store in an airtight container.
