  1. Combine flour, crushed nuts and margarine.
  2. Press into 13x9 pan
  3. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let Cool.
  4. Meanwhile cream together cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioner sugar. Spread over 1st layer after it cools.
  5. Mix together chocolate pudding, half and half. Spread over 2nd layer.
  6. Combine rest of cool whip, crushed nuts and grated chocolate or mini chocolate chips. Spread on top.
  7. Refrigerate until firm. ENJOY!
  8. NOTE:
  9. Refrigerate while preparing each layer.
