The Next Best Thing to Brad Pitt

Originally the name was Robert Redford, but I'm only in my mid twenties. The name won't be important after you try this dessert!

• Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

• 1st Layer

• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
•  crushed  nuts
• 3⁄4 cup margarine

• 2nd Layer

• 8  ounces cream cheese
• 1  cup Cool Whip
• 1  cup confectioners' sugar

• 3rd Layer

• 1 (2 1/8ounce) box chocolate instant pudding
• 3  cups half-and-half

• Top Layer

•  Cool Whip
•  crushed  nuts
•  grated chocolate or   mini chocolate chip

Directions

1. Combine flour, crushed nuts and margarine.
2. Press into 13x9 pan
3. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let Cool.
4. Meanwhile cream together cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioner sugar. Spread over 1st layer after it cools.
5. Mix together chocolate pudding, half and half. Spread over 2nd layer.
6. Combine rest of cool whip, crushed nuts and grated chocolate or mini chocolate chips. Spread on top.
7. Refrigerate until firm. ENJOY!
