The Healthiest Overnight Maple Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 cups steel cut oats (do not substitute )
- 6 cups water
- 1⁄2 cup dried cherries or 1⁄2 cup raisins or 1⁄2 cup cranberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries or 1⁄2 cup bananas or 1⁄2 cup walnuts
Directions
- Spray the inside of a 4-5 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add the Oats, Water, Maple Syrup,Dried fruit, Cinnamon and Ground Flaxseed.
- Set slow cooker to Low and cook for 7-8 hours.
- When ready to serve, top with Blueberries ( Fresh or Frozen) Banana slices, and Walnuts.
