The Grenadines

I got a list of milkshakes from my friend the nutritionist. I made this alot last summer, because with a whole cantaloup you can actually make several. You can also make this into popsicles as well. Show more

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 34 cup milk
  • 1 12 cups cantaloupes, cut into large chunks
  • 2  tablespoons  grenadine
  • 1  tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1  ice cube (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a mixer, blender or other container to liquify.
  2. Serve cold.
