The Gin Fizz

A notorious hangover cure. Add mint for an Alabama Fizz, orange juice for a Texas Fizz, egg whites for a Silver Fizz...

Ingredients

• 2  ounces  gin
• 1  ounce lemon juice
• 1  ounce sugar
•  soda water

Directions

1. Shake with crushed ice and strain into a highball glass.
2. Top with soda while stirring.
3. drink before the fizz dies.
