Ingredients
- 4 -5 lbs beef tenderloin
- salt
- cracked black pepper
Directions
- Salt and cover with pepper.
- Fold ends under.
- Cook at 200 degrees for one hour per pound.
- NOTE: Remember to salt very well so the salt goes through the roast.
