The Different Onion Rings

Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour (I use White Lily)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk
- 3⁄4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 large onions, cut in rings
- oil, for frying
Directions
- In a large bowl combine flour, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, & parsley. Set aside.
- In another large bowl combine milk, cream, & lemon juice.
- Drop onions into wet mixture and transfer to dry mixture and press them into the mixture. Repeat.
- Drop coated rings into the heated oil and fry until done.
