The Best Smoothie (In My Opinion)
Ready In: 5 mins
Yields: 1 large smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 mango
- 3 -4 strawberries
- 3 -4 cubes cantaloupes (I freeze mine)
- 1 -2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 3 -4 ice cubes
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend away!
- This makes an awesome breakfast and is filling and so good for you!
