The Best Peanut Butter Truffle Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.
- Add chocolate chips and mix until blended.
- On an ungreased baking sheet, drop 1 tablespoon of dough 2-inches apart.
- Bake 10-13 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes on baking sheet, then remove and let cool completely.
