  1. Preheat oven to 425 f.
  2. Grease 2 baking trays slightly.
  3. Mix together breadcrumbs and milk and let sit.
  4. In a different bowl combine all other ingredients and mix. Seasonings can be changed and substituted at will. .
  5. Combine the breadcrumb mixture with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Roll into balls and place onto baking trays (whatever size you like, I do a bit larger than a tablespoon).
  7. Bake for 6 minutes.
  8. Take out meatballs and flip over.
  9. Bake another 6 minutes.
  10. Cooking times may vary according to size.
