Ingredients
- 1 cup flour, plus
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Just toss it all in the blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth.
- Cook on hot griddle.
- Serve with maple syrup.
- Eat. Yum!
- I substitute 3/4 c fat free half and half plus 1/4 c water for the 1 c buttermilk.
