  1. Put first four (4) ingredients into a pan and cook to soft ball stage 238 degrees.
  2. Remove from heat and add cream, vanilla.
  3. Serve hot on Ice cream, Pies,Cakes, or whatever your imagination comes up with.
  4. Enjoy my friends.
  5. Store in refrigerator, Jar and give as gifts!
