Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
- 8 ounces shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can campbell's cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 large onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons Oscar Mayer real bacon bits
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
Directions
- 1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
- 2. Place in greased 9x13 glass dish.
- 3. Bake at 350 for an hour or until center is bubbly and top is slightly brown.
